Log application messages to files
This class can be used to log application messages to files.

It can take an array of options that define aspects of the behavior of the class. The options can be:

- The path of the log file
- If it will use the system log method
- Log file permissions
- Log file limit size
- The format of the log messages that can be text, HTML or CSV
- A template for the HTML log file
- The time zone and the date format for the log messages
